Frontera de Salud
Frontera de Salud is a collaboration of medical, nursing, and physician's assistant students that are committed to bringing healthcare to the underserved. We take weekend trips to Laredo and Corpus Christi, where we work in the colonias, and we have activities here in San Antonio. Our focus is on preventative medicine, and we provide such services as sports physicals, seasonal flu vaccines, home visits, and health fairs, where we offer health screening and education.
